Oricon reveals the ranking of most satisfying recruitment agencies in 2019

Recruitment agencies offer various hands-on support for free to those looking to find a new job, ranging from making career plans, listing job opportunities that reflect on individual’s skills and needs, and giving advice on how to be successful in job interviews. On January 4th, Oricon Me released their latest ranking of best recruitment agencies based on the Oricon Customer Satisfaction Survey Ⓡ.. This ranking would be useful to those looking to choose the best agency to support their search for a job.

This year, the 12th Oricon ranking of best recruitment agencies, Pasona Career came top for the first time. Recruit Agent came second, receiving good evaluations on their volume of job postings, seeing a big leap from 6th in the previous year. Spring Professional came 3rd.

This ranking is evaluated based on availability of agents, the level of service given from agents, the volume of job posting”, the quality of job postings, and the negotiation skill of the agents. The most satisfying recruitment agency of the year, Pasona Career, topped 4 out of these 5 categories, earning a well-balanced evaluation.

In addition to this, Oricon also revealed the ranking of the most satisfying recruitment agencies for senior/mid-level positions. JAC Recruitment won first place, topping the volume of job posting”, the level of service given from agents and the negotiation skill of the agents categories, followed by Pasona Career in 2nd place and Recruit Agent in 3rd place.
