At Jopus Connecter, you can consult with foreign employees of companies you are interested in before applying. Foreign senior employees of companies become “connecters” to provide information about job and working environments to foreign job seekers. Even if you are not confident in Japanese, you can consult with foreign employees in English or your native language, so that you can interview without miscommunication.
2. Reduce mismatches after joining the company
Jopus Connecter allows you to have a web interview with Connecters before you apply, so you can hear what you would like to know before you apply or interview. By receiving explanations from Connecters in their native language or English, you will be able to deepen your understanding of the companies you are applying for and reduce misunderstanding such as “it should not have been like this” after joining the company.

“What is a Connecter?”
A Connecter is a senior foreign employee who already works for the recruiting company. You can listen to company information in English and native language in web interview.
“Can you provide career counseling or job offers?”
Jopus Connecter is a service that provides job seekers with companies, so we do not provide counseling or advice to job seekers in principle. After registration, please apply directly to the company. However, please contact customer support (career@jopus.net) for information on how to use the service.
“Can you practice for the interview or correct my resume?”
