We work and generate new value at the intersection of digital technology and the entertainment indudstry, a brand new and rapidly expanding field, and specialize in the management of talents and idols. Using our proprietary digital service, we cover every stage of the talent management process; from the discovery and training of new talent to monetization.
Work tasks	You will be responsible for the development and operation of our proprietary service that connects fans with entertainers, and allows fans to talk with entertainers 1on1 online. You will also work on the development and operation of our upcoming services. In addition, you will also receive management-related tasks, with the opportunity to advance to CTO. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to join as a member of management. Stock options are also available.

Work location	Tokyo (full time teleworking available)
Annual salary	minimum 4.2 million ¥, up to 8 million ¥
Japanese requirement	Japanese business-level proficiency (corresponding to N2 or higher)
Entry qualifications	【MUST】 ・Resident in Japan ・Japanese business-level proficiency (corresponding to N2 or higher) ・Experience developing web services with HTML/CSS/Javascript ・Experience with native app development on iOS or Android【Preferred skills】 ・React Native ・Firebase/GCP ・Angular7/Typescript ・WebRTC service development (Twilio Programmable Video) ・Stripe ・iOS/Swift ・Experience with team-based development using git
