Rikunabi refers to a job hunting portal site offered by Recruit Group, Japan’s largest talent support service company. There are several versions of this website – such as Rikunabi (for new graduates), as well as Rikunabi Next (for non-recent graduates and mid-career hires) and Rikunabi Haken (which specializes in dispatch jobs). Because of this, it’s one of the most used portal sites for domestic job seekers in Japan.
Riku Nabi has many more postings than other Japanese job portal sites. It also has many postings that you can’t find anywhere else, so it’s a good idea to register if you’re looking for a job in Japan.
